Re-test Online:

If you take the course online and make a score of less than 80% you may re-test up to 2 more times.

If you make a score of less than 80% on all 3 attempts, no CE Credits will be awarded.

If you have studied the course material, listened to audio and watched the video portions of the course it should be easy to pass with the minimum required grade of 80%. If you have not studied the material a passing grade probably won’t happen. Please study the material.

This is a 100 question randomized test.  Each test consists of 50 questions randomly selected from the pool of 100 questions.

 

Re-test: Faxed, Mailed, Emailed

If you score  less than 80% on your hardcopy or email you will receive a user name and password to re-test online 2 additional times.
