Re-test Online:
If you take the course online and make a score of less than 80% you may re-test up to 2 more times.
If you make a score of less than 80% on all 3 attempts, no CE Credits will be awarded.
If you have studied the course material, listened to audio and watched the video portions of the course it should be easy to pass with the minimum required grade of 80%. If you have not studied the material a passing grade probably won’t happen. Please study the material.
This is a randomized test with a percent of different questions each testing.

If you received a grade of less than 80% on the hard copy exam. You can re-take the exam a maximum of two times online.
