Contact us — starting with why
Four reasons account for almost everything people write to us about: a course that will not behave, a certificate or record, whether the hours count for a license, and money. Pick yours and this page hands you the page that answers it. For anything else, email support@mycecredit.com. We do not offer phone support.

Pick the reason you are writing
Three of these four reasons have a page that answers them outright.
A course or an exam is not behaving
Videos that will not start, a module that will not mark itself complete, an exam that will not open, or a course you cannot find after paying for it.
Before you write: you may not need to. Every exam in the catalog allows unlimited attempts within your one-year access — if you did not pass, sign in and sit it again with a fresh set of questions. Write to us when something else is in the way.
- Open your account Resume a course, check progress, start a re-test
- Courses & exams in the FAQ Formats, attempts and pass marks
- Find the course page Each one states its own exam length
A certificate or a record
A certificate you cannot find, a name spelled wrong on one, a license number that needs correcting before you print, or a copy for an audit.
Certificates are downloaded from My courses, and we email you when one is ready. They stay there, so the first place to look is the one place they are always kept.
The exception worth writing to us about is a detail printed on the certificate itself — your name or your license number. Those come from your account record, so they are fixable, but not by you alone.
- Certificates in My courses Everything you have completed, in one list
- Record retention How long records are kept
- Certificates in the FAQ When a certificate appears
“Will these hours count for my license?”
The most common question we get, and the one we will not answer casually in an email when it is written down properly elsewhere.
Continuing-education approval here is stated on each individual course page and applies only to the course it appears on. There is no site-wide claim to quote at you, deliberately. Courses offered without a continuing-education approval are provided as professional development: Best Practices for Surviving Stress and Hypnosis for Children are in that group. Hypnosis for Pain Management Certification (4th Edition) is 20 contact hours for nurses.
Where a board has not confirmed acceptance in writing, the page says so in plain text rather than in a footnote. Today that means the Michigan pain page says acceptance is not yet confirmed in writing by the Michigan Board of Nursing. If your question is about that, the answer is on that page and it is the same answer we would give you by email.
- Open the course you are asking about The approval statement, if there is one, is on that page
- Michigan pain & symptom management The rule, quoted and cited, and our status against it
- RN & LPN What each license lane covers — also CRNA and hypnotherapy
An order, a payment or a refund
A charge you do not recognize, an order that did not finish, a receipt you need for an employer, or a refund you want to ask about.
If a payment did not go through, do not run it a second time. Your order history is in your account, and an order that stalled is visible there; a second attempt against the same order is the thing that makes it genuinely hard to unpick.
Refund and access terms are published in one place, not quoted differently on different pages, so the Policies page is the answer rather than a paraphrase of it.
- Your orders and receipts What was bought, when, and what state it is in
- Refund terms The published terms, in full
- An order still in progress Your cart is kept — you can pick it back up
Before you write
What happens to a message
-
It is answered from the record, not from memory
Your account, your orders and your completions are what get read first. That is why an order number or course name is worth including.
-
Acceptance answers come in writing, or not at all
If you ask whether a course counts toward a specific license requirement, you get either what a board has confirmed in writing or a plain statement that nothing has been confirmed. You will not get a maybe dressed up as a yes.
Answers that do not need us
Questions the FAQ already answers
Grouped the same way the FAQ is, so you land in the right part of it rather than at the top of a long page.
